We value the contribution you make to the nation. If we fail to deliver the digital or physical markers of your status, we ensure a seamless reversal of your transaction.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are strictly governed by our ability to fulfill the technical and logistical components of your membership. You are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:
- System Failure: If our proprietary engine is unable to parse your ITR-V or generate your Unique Authenticated QR Code.
- Logistical Failure: If you have ordered a physical marker (Decal/Card) and our logistics partners are unable to deliver to your verified address within the stipulated timeframe.
- Duplicate Transactions: Any accidental double-payments resulting from technical latencies.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
To maintain the integrity of our verification system, refunds cannot be processed in the following instances:
- If the QR Code has been successfully generated and accessed by the user.
- If the user provides an incorrect shipping address for physical markers.
- If the ITR-V provided is found to be invalid, tampered with, or does not belong to the registered user.
3. Processing Your Claim
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at hello@iamataxpayer.com with your Transaction ID and a brief description of the delivery failure. Verified refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original source of payment.
